Q1 How can you guarantee the quality of the parts?
We offer a 3-month warranty for used parts and a 1-year warranty for new parts. If you receive the parts and they do not work well, you can return them to us within 7 days, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Q2 How are the items packed when sent out?
We typically use 3cm thick foam board to fill the inside of the box for protection. While we regularly use cartons to pack the parts, we will customize wooden boxes for exceptionally heavy items.
Q3 What payment and shipping methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including PayPal, Western Union, and T/T (Bank Transfer). For shipping, we primarily use reliable express services such as UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, and DHL.
Q4 Do you have testing equipment and what is the delivery time?
Yes, we have complete testing equipment, and all parts are 100% tested before shipment. Since most parts are in stock, the delivery time is usually 1-2 days.
Q5 Can you produce PCBs if I only have a sample and no PCB file? Can you design Gerber files?
Yes, we can clone and generate the Gerber files based on your physical sample, and proceed with production accordingly. We can also design Gerber files if you provide the schematics.
Q6 Are my design files safe when I submit them for manufacturing?
Absolutely. All customer design files are highly secured within our facility and will not be shared with any third party. We are fully prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to secure your intellectual property.
